Musical Mondays, Dance-O-Rama Wednesdays: Martha's Vineyard Gets the Beat
In summer, weekdays on the Vineyard are just as much fun as weekends — just a little less crowded. This week marks the return of Musical Mondays at Featherstone and Family Dance-O-Rama Wednesdays at Flatbread.
Every day's a holiday on Martha's Vineyard now that summer has begun.
Musical Mondays
The Musical Mondays outdoor concert series returns to Featherstone Center for the Arts, 30 Featherstone Ln, Oak Bluffs with a performance by Jon Zeemand and friends tonight, according to the Featherstone Facebook page.

The weekly shows begin at 6:30 p.m., cost $10 per adult with no charge for children and continue through Aug. 12. "Bring your own blankets, chairs, picnics and beverages," advises the event listing on MV Patch. Get Directions and find more Featherstone summer events here »

Another popular weeknight series, Family Dance-O-Rama, gets into the groove Wednesdays at Flatbread Company, 17 Airport Rd., Edgartown. According to a Facebook update:
Love rules this Wednesday 6/26 at Flatbread Company MV for the season 8 premiere of Family Dance O Rama!! Everybody's groovin', everybody's movin', folks linin' up outside just to GET DOWN. 5-7pm every Wednesday. That's where it at...free admission. Join us!
