Vineyard players, coaches, parents and fans: Blog about your favorite fall sports teams!

Fall sports practices have begun and Martha's Vineyard Patch is looking for bloggers for the fall sports season. Whether it's youth sports, high school, college or professional teams, we are interested in what you have to say.

What does it take to blog on Patch? Just your enthusiasm and a few minutes whenever you have the time to update us on what's happening with your favorite team.

Blogging on Patch is quick, easy and free.

You can blog as often or as little as you wish. There are no deadlines or requirements.

All you have to do is enjoy sharing your news!

With our new Patch platform, blogs are automatically featured front and center on the Martha's Vineyard Patch homepage. As soon as you post, the community can join the conversation.

After you've posted, feel free to promote your blog on Facebook and Twitter. We'll share your post with the community in our daily newsletter, emailed to thousands of subscribers.

Here's how to get started:

1. Go to the Martha's Vineyard Patch homepage: Martha'sVineyard.patch.com.
2. Click "Join" on the upper right side of the homepage.
3. Follow the simple instructions to confirm your free Patch account.
4. Login and click on your name in the upper right.
5. Click on "Edit Profile"on the right and add a photo of yourself and a brief bio.

Once you're logged in, go to the homepage, scroll down and start blogging.

It's that easy!
