The Art of Tracking

Come and follow tracks and trails in sand or snow, that have fascinated humans for ages. Learn to interpret different tracks, decipher the story they tell, and read the script of the earth. Often called the oldest form of science known to man, you may come to find out that tracking is much more than a science....and develops awareness, intuition and curiosity.

Workshop is geared towards adults, interested older kids are welcome (recommended for ages 9 and up).

Looks like we'll have snow and if its cold, we will go out for a portion of the time, and then retreat in the warm tipi for playing tracking games, research and ID anything we find, from scat and feathers to skulls or bones and, as always sharing our stories over some sassafras tea.

Costs: $25 pp, maximum $35 per family
