Christopher James Koch is back in hot water with Barnstable police, who say they arrested him twice Monday and once on Feb. 1 when they issued him a summons for credit card larceny and arrested him for shoplifting eight hours later.

Notable incidents from Friday February 1, 2013 Police issued a summons to Christopher James Koch, 34 of Martha’s Vineyard while following up on a previous case on Phinney’s Lane at 9:52 a.m. Koch was charged with larceny of a credit card and unlawful use of a credit card. Police arrested Christine D. Hurley, 31 of Hyannis and Christopher James Koch, 34 of Martha’s Vineyard while responding to a report of shoplifting at Sears at 6:13 p.m. Hurley was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, possession of burglarious tools and also arrested on four outstanding warrants. Koch was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
