Porto Pizza is a new pizzeria in Vineyard Haven located between Stop & Shop and the Steamship Authority.
Porto Pizza has only been open for 16 days, but owner, Jiri Pavelka has had years of experience in the pizza business. "I used to work in some other place making pizza," says Pavelka who has been living and working here for the past 14 years. He and a friend decided to start the own business because, "why not? It just came across our way one day. The location was the best we could find in the last four years." And a better location Pavelka couldn't ask for.
