CEREAL RECALL: Glass Fragments Found in Special K

Consumers can get a replacement coupon for the product, according to Kellogg.

Cereal giant Kellogg Company is voluntarily recalling three sizes of its Kellogg’s Special K Red Berries cereal because of the possibility of glass fragments in the cereal. Popular Cereal Recalled Because of Metal Mesh Fragments

Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size Original and Mini-Wheats Unfrosted Bite Size were part of the recall.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has initiated a voluntary recall of Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size Original and Mini-Wheats Unfrosted Bite Size because of possible metal mesh fragments from a faulty manufacturing part, according to the FDA. Recalled products include the letters KB, AP or FK before or after the Best If Used Before date.
