JAWSFEST begins today in Edgartown, The Vineyard Playhouse performs Twelfth Night in Tisbury and Juliska puts on an educational event in Vineyard Haven.

1. Today is the JAWSFEST: The Tribute at The Old Whaling Church. This three-day event will explore the  filming and memories from the making of JAWS. The tribute will concentrate on the men and women of JAWS who have died, including Peter Benchley, Roy Scheider and Robert Shaw. Dancing, cards, music: Thursday is a day of fun and games on the island.

1.  Flexibility is key! While women on the Vineyard seem to love yoga, today's Stretch Class is for men only.  Focusing on low-impact, gentle stretching, Megan Grennan will teach exercises to stretch the most common areas of men requiring increased flexibility and strength.
