Sold in Oak Bluffs: Resort Condo Time Share, $145K

A two-week share in this two-bedroom, one-bathroom resport condominium across from State Beach in Oak Bluffs was previously listed at $165,000.

A Medford man is the new owner — for two weeks a year — of Unit 46 at the Island Inn resort in Oak Bluffs. The two-week share in this two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo across from State Beach was asking $165,000, according to a Sandpiper Realty listing. It changed hands for $145,000 April 5, according to Dukes County land records. Owners pay no additional fees to use their Island Inn condos, according to the Sandpiper website. Sold: 2 Edgartown Time-Share Condos to CT Couple

Our weekly feature highlights recent real estate transactions on Martha's Vineyard.

A Connecticut couple has purchased two week-long condo shares at the Harborside Inn in Edgartown, from two sellers, for a total of $31,625, according to Dukes County land records. On March 28, Linda and Thomas Savage of Woodbury, CT bought 1/30th ownerships in two condos on the Harborside's South Water Street campus. The Savages purchased week 26, which includes the Fourth of July, in unit 508 of the Captain Jeremiah House from Jonathan Pryor and Jon Pryor for $18,000. They bought week 26 in unit 250 of the Captain Abel House from Sarah and Quentin Walsh for $13,625.
