Your Guide to the 2013 Martha's Vineyard International Film Festival

From Thursday through Sunday, more than two dozen feature-length films and three programs of shorts — including an Island filmmakers showcase — will be shown in Vineyard Haven. Here's the line-up for the eighth annual Martha's Vineyard Film Festival.

Back for its eighth year, the Martha's Vineyard International Film Festival gets a boffo start Thursday with a sold-out opening-night party and screening of the new movie about voice-overs, "In a World ..."

We've listed the rest of the weekend schedule below. Film venues are all in Vineyard Haven. The following information comes from the Martha's Vineyard Film Society, which produces the festival and runs the Martha's Vineyard Film Center.

  • Individual Film Tickets: $12 General Admission/$9 Member or child under the age of 14
  • Day Pass (Only Available Friday, Saturday or Sunday): $60 General Admission/$50 Member
  • All-Access Pass: $200 General Admission/$180 Member Admission (does not include REEL FOOD Dinner/Screening)

Buy tickets online at mvfilmsociety.com or at the festival box office, 4 Main Street (Adobe Cinema Storefront) in Vineyard Haven. Box office hours are Thursday 10 a.m. – 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
