1. Work out for free at the Mansion House Hotel Health Club in Vineyard Haven during the Free Saturday Sampler, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

2. Everyone is welcome to cheer on our Island swim team the Makos at their Home League Meet vs. Nantucket. It starts at noon Saturday at the YMCA of Martha's Vineyard. The pool is closed to the public during the meet.

3. Saturday starting at noon, spirit medium Tiffany Rice brings A Once in a Lifetime Day of Paranormal to the Harbor View and Kelley House hotels. $60 for the day program, $80 including an evening ghost investigation at the Kelley House. Book at tiffanyrice.com.

4.  Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m., kids aged 6 to 16 can play improvisational theater games with the IMP troupe at Alex's Place at the YMCA of MV. $30 in advance, $40 at the door. www.imp4kids.com, 508-939-0688.

5. Love music? Join John Cruz and special guests for an evening of music at The Capawock in Vineyard Haven, Saturday starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 at the door or in advance from www.johncruz.com.
