Few "Big Chili" Tickets Remain
The event of the winter on Martha's Vineyard is always a sellout, but in the midst of the storm organizers released a few more tickets for sale and promised that another batch will be available Friday. Here's where you'll find them, if you're quick.
Big Chili Contest posted on Facebook Wednesday morning: "We've released a few more tickets to Trader Freds in Edgartown and Shirleys in Vineyard Haven. Only 25 tix at each location. When the storm is over, go get 'em!"
The annual charity chili cook-off always sells out and advance tickets are long gone. It takes place Saturday starting at 11 a.m. at the PA Club in Vineyard Haven. From the mvyradio website:

- "Tickets are $30.00.
- We've released a few more tickets to Trader Freds in Edgartown and Shirleys in Vineyard Haven.
- Tickets in our store, and tickets online are now SOLD OUT. Mail-In tickets are SOLD OUT.
- On Friday January 24th, tickets will be on sale from 7pm to 9pm at Quick's Hole Tavern. On the Saturday of the Chili Contest, the Tavern will be open early serving a Chili Contest breakfast featuring coffees, teas, expresso and morning snacks.
- For all ticket events there is a buying limit of 4 per person.
- A limited number of tickets will be available at the door."
