Five things to look forward to on Martha's Vineyard this week.

Starting Tuesday, the Belly Dance Workshop for Fun and Fitness is a hip-shaking, core-strengthening, smile-inducing 5-week session at Workout/Vineyard Tennis Club. Class runs Tuesdays, 7-8 p.m. through February 11. (menomoneefalls.patch.com)

1. Students can get a hand with Homework Assistance for Teens, Monday at 3 p.m. at Alex's Place at the YMCA of Martha's Vineyard. Free.

2. Everyone is welcome to cheer on MVRHS at the Swim Meet VS. Pope John Paul II, 3:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday at the Y. Free. 

3. Prenatal Yoga is free to all expectant mothers, Mondays at 6:45 p.m. at the Y.

4. Tuesday at 3 p.m., all teens are welcome to an introductory lesson on the game of Bridge at Alex's Place at the Y. Free.

5. Starting Tuesday, the Belly Dance Workshop for Fun and Fitness is a hip-shaking, core-strengthening, smile-inducing 5-week session at Workout/Vineyard Tennis Club. Class runs Tuesdays, 7-8 p.m. through February 11.
