A single-family home built in 1970 near the Manuel F. Correllus State Forest in West Tisbury has changed hands.
Margaret S. Pattinson sold the house and property at 96 Longview Rd. to Kevin L. Newman and Karen O'Neill-Newman of Auburndale June 14 for $625,000, according to records on file with Dukes County.
The house has five bedrooms and two bathrooms in about 2,400 square feet of living space and was previously listed at $789,000, according to real estate websites.
