A Medford man is the new owner — for two weeks a year — of Unit 46 at the Island Inn resort in Oak Bluffs.
The two-week share in this two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo across from State Beach was asking $165,000, according to a Sandpiper Realty listing.
It changed hands for $145,000 April 5, according to Dukes County land records.
Owners pay no additional fees to use their Island Inn condos, according to the Sandpiper website.
