There is wide pine flooring, 2 propane fireplaces, a sleeping loft, and a wonderful gourmet kitchen and dining room with great views in the main living area.

The bedrooms all have imported French limestone flooring and sizable walk-in closets, with the master bedroom having its own private bath with steam shower and fireplace.

Creature comforts aren't sacrificed in this converted barn with its radiant heat, air conditioning, a generator, steam shower, over-sized soaking tub and more."

The Lombardis bought the home from Emma Dryden in April, 1999 for $267,000, according to Dukes County land records.
