A Hingham couple has purchased a 1908 carriage house in Vineyard Haven for $875,000.

67 Hatch Road has one bedroom and one bathroom in 708 square feet of living space on a .35-acre lot, according to Zillow.

The online listing continues:

  • "Located in the desirable neighborhood of Hatch Road, this charming Carriage House, built ca. 1908, contains living quarters and a double bay storage area.
  • A detached two-car garage provides additional storage.

  • Walk to the neighborhood beach at the end of Cleveland Road."
