Sold: 2 Edgartown Time-Share Condos to CT Couple

Our weekly feature highlights recent real estate transactions on Martha's Vineyard.

A Connecticut couple has purchased two week-long condo shares at the Harborside Inn in Edgartown, from two sellers, for a total of $31,625, according to Dukes County land records.

On March 28, Linda and Thomas Savage of Woodbury, CT bought 1/30th ownerships in two condos on the Harborside's South Water Street campus.

The Savages purchased week 26, which includes the Fourth of July, in unit 508 of the Captain Jeremiah House from Jonathan Pryor and Jon Pryor for $18,000.

They bought week 26 in unit 250 of the Captain Abel House from Sarah and Quentin Walsh for $13,625.

According to the Harborside Inn website, the annual maintenance fee is $400 per ownership, inclusive of taxes, insurance and daily maid service. The resort has boat docks, a pool and other amenities.
