Record Price Named for West Tisbury Land: 314 Acres, $118 Million

The Vineyard Gazette reports a $118 million asking price for Gerald DeBlois's 314 acres near the protected Long Point conservation property. That's several times the listing price for each of Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg's Aquinnah parcels.

A longtime seasonal Martha's Vineyard resident is ready to sell his extensive landholdings in West Tisbury for a record listing price, the Vineyard Gazette reports.

The reported $118,000,000 asking price for Gerald DeBlois's 314 acres near the protected Long Point conservation property is several times that of what had been the Island's priciest listings, Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg's two undeveloped Aquinnah parcels asking $25,000,000 for 53.5 acres on the Atlantic and more than $20,000,000 for 39.5 acres on Squibnocket Pond, according to the Gazette.
