A Cambridge couple has purchased a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with an outdoor spa within walking distance of Lobsterville Beach in Aquinnah, according to Dukes County land records.
Zillow reports that the house at 10 Lobsterville Rd. was built in 2007 and has 1,550 square feet of living space; the lot size is not specified.
