The sellers have shaved $600,000 off the price of this Chilmark waterfront home with views of two ponds. It comes with a vintage boathouse that couldn't be built under current regulations.

Formerly listed at $3,250,000, this Chilmark home has had its price dropped to $2,650,000, according to Zillow.

The home at 127 State Road is described in the online listing:

  • "A spectacular setting on Quitsa Pond with views both west across Quitsa and south across Stonewall Pond.
  • An older, single story house offers a great floor plan and space and is situated on the lot to take full advantage of the attributes of the waterfront.
  • There is also a unique little boathouse at water's edge, irreplaceable today."
The house, built in 1970, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,474 square feet of living space on a 2.5-acre lot.
