Harborfront Vineyard Haven Property To Be Developed: What Should Go Here?

What would you like to see replace Seeker the scow on Beach Road in Vineyard Haven? Waterfront restaurant, sailing school, shopping center, condos? Share your visions for this vacancy: Tell us in the comments.

Ernie Boch, Jr. wants to do something with the waterfront property he owns on Beach Road in Vineyard Haven, reports the Martha's Vineyard Times.

The site across from the Citgo station is currently occupied by a boat shed where Ted Box and his son Jake are building a wooden scow named Seeker.

Boch told the Times he doesn't know yet how he will develop the property, which includes a condemned building.

Since so many of us on the Vineyard find ourselves driving by this piece of real estate regularly, maybe we should give him some suggestions.

A waterfront restaurant?
A sailing school?
Shopping center?
Boutique hotel?
Condos?
