Edgartown Home with Carriage House Sells for $1,157,500
A Darien, CT couple has purchased 44 Norton Orchard Road in Edgartown.
The London-based former owners of 44 Norton Orchard Road in Edgartown have sold the property to a husband and wife from Darien, CT, according to Dukes County land records.
Joseph and Sonia O'Connor paid $1,157,500 for the Cape-style home with carriage house and an additional $23,150 to the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank.
According to Patch real estate partner Zillow, the house was built in 1999 and has five bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,072 square feet of living space on a .44-acre lot. Both the main home and the carriage house have central air conditioning.
