Custom-Built Vineyard Haven Four Bedroom Fetches $1.15 Million

A custom-built four bedroom in Vineyard Haven recently sold for $1.15 million.

The property at 84 Stonebridge Lane was originally built in 2000. It has cathedral ceilings, central air, a fireplace and a screened-in porch, according to a description at NewEnglandMoves.com.

The property previously sold in October 2004, according to Zillow.com, fetching $1,042,750 in what was then a very different real estate market.
