$2.1 Million Paid for Edgartown Lot

A .35-acre acre building lot in one of Edgartown's most picturesque neighborhoods has been sold for more than $2 million.

One of the last parcels of undeveloped land in a historic Edgartown neighborhood changed hands last month for more than $2 million.

The property at 28 Fuller Street, a short walk from the Emily Post House and Fuller Street Beach, was sold by trustee Kristine A. McDonald of Locust Grove Realty Trust to CKV Fuller Street LLC July 25 for $2.1 million, according to Dukes County land records.

The recorded deed indicates the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank received $42,000 from the buyer.

The lot size is .35 acre, according to real estate websites.
