10-Bedroom Chappaquiddick Mansion Sold for $2,750,000

A renovated 1892 home near Chappaquiddick's Wasque Beach has sold for $2,750,000, Sandpiper Realty of Edgartown announced this week.

4 Sand Plain Road has 10 bedrooms and four bathrooms in 3.794 square feet of living space on a 4.73-acre lot, according to Zillow.

The new owners are Chris and Suzanna Schaper, who also own a home in West Tisbury.

The Martha's Vineyard Land Bank received a $55,000 fee.
