A male suspect at Kohl's Department Store switched his old sneakers for a new pair and hid another pair in his waistband.

Once outside, the suspect was confronted by Loss Prevention. The suspect took off the new sneakers and fled to an awaiting white Toyota that was driven by a woman.

The suspect is described as male with medium build, complexion and height.
