Snorkelers Rescued Off Chilmark

The rescued pair were taken to Menemsha, according to the Vineyard Gazette.

A Massachusetts Environmental Police boat crew pulled two distressed snorkelers from rough waters off Great Rock Bight and brought them to waiting emergency medical staff in Menemsha early Friday evening, reports the Vineyard Gazette.

The Coast Guard and Chilmark police also responded by water to the scene, the Gazette reports.
