Martha's Vineyard Duo Charged with Drug Dealing, Oxycontin Conspiracy
Two Island residents appeared in court Wednesday to face charges of selling prescription drugs and a third is expected to be summonsed as a co-defendant, the Martha's Vineyard Times reports.
An Edgartown man and a West Tisbury woman were arrested and charged Wednesday and the man's wife is also expected to face charges for allegedly selling oxycontin obtained with a legal prescription, the Martha's Vineyard Times reports.
Brian Cimeno, 45, was released on $200 bail and and 23-year-old Brianna Combra was released on her own recognizance after they were charged with possessing oxycontin with intent to distribute and engaging in a conspiracy to violate state drug laws, according to the Martha's Vineyard Times and Cape Cod Times.
Arrest information does not indicate convictions.
