Edgartown Woman in Drug-Dealing Case Must Go to Rehab

From the case files at Edgartown District Court. Where arrests or charges are reported, they do not indicate convictions.

A 32-year-old Edgartown woman accused of conspiracy and possession to distribute heroin and cocaine has been ordered into a residential drug-treatment program, according to records on file at Edgartown District Court:

After failing court-ordered drug screenings for two months in a row, April and May, Christy L. Dobson had her bail revoked June 17 and was ordered to check into an in-patient program by June 24.

Dobson was arrested in a March raid on her 14th Street home by drug agents who said she was later found to have cocaine and heroin concealed inside her body, according to a report in the Martha's Vineyard Times.
