'Dogs Behaving Badly' Make Ruff Year for Edgartown Animal Control
Dog problems are up, cat troubles are down in 2013: That's what Edgartown's animal control officer told selectmen this week, reports the Martha's Vineyard Times.
Dog fights and other canine-related complaints in Edgartown were up in 2013 with 593 calls between April and September, eight more than in 2013, according to a Martha's Vineyard Times article about town animal control officer Barbara Prada's recent report to town selectmen.

"It was just a bunch of dogs behaving badly," Prada told selectmen, the Times reports.
Cat problems, however, decreased sharply during the same time period, according to the Times.
