Coast Guard Rescues Two Lobstermen
Rescue reported near Wasque Point after boat took on water.
A Coast Guard helicopter reportedly pulled two lobstermen to safety this week after their boat took on water and was grounded.
A report in the Boston Globe noted that nobody was injured in the incident, and that the incident took place off Wasque Point.
Elsewhere, a report in the Martha’s Vineyard Times noted that a salvage plan is being coordinated for the vessel and that there was apparently no pollution.
