Child Rape Charge Against Former Martha's Vineyard Cub Scout Leader Reported
The alleged local victims of Andrew R. Bradshaw are two girls under the age of 14 and Tisbury police are investigating allegations that he may have molested children in two other states as well as Massachusetts, the Martha's Vineyard Times reports.
A 49-year-old former Martha's Vineyard Cub Scout troop leader, said by Scouting officials to no longer be active in the organization, was arraigned in Edgartown District Court Friday on one charge each of child rape by force and open and gross lewdness and two charges of enticement of a child, the Martha's Vineyard Times reports.
