MV Seacoast Does Year-round !!

Louisa... I do a lot of year-round rentals for my clients because it's so ridiculous here when it comes to finding them, and add a PET ?,  it's 10 times harder.. BUT.. I am helping a lot of our Island kids to find housing when returning with or without young families.  It can be very beneficial to homeowners to rent year-round and have steady income rather than worrying about the weekly cleanings and not knowing their tenants.  It takes a lot of work BUT one of my pet peeves is finding affordable homes to BUY so that our returning YOUTH don't have to go through the annual stress of keeping a roof over their heads.
