There is every Saturday at the . Exhibitions include: Out of the Depths, Eisenstaedt and Us and We Are Marching Along. In addition to these exhibitions, visitors can see the 1854 original Fresnel Lens from the Gay Head Lighthouse, a carriage shed of vehicles and vessels, an interactive kids’ space, and a permanent exhibition on the Wampanoags. The Museum is open every Saturday, 10am - 4pm. Off-street parking is available on School Street.

The Vineyard Conservation Society hosts a Winter Walk Sunday beginning at the Frances Newhall Woods Preserve. Directions: from down Island, take State Road towards West Tisbury, turn right at North Road, and go about one mile until you see the VCS sign on your left.
