Come and prepare Venison dishes, Jerky, Wild Duck, Root Veggie Special, and Wild Cranberry Cake, with chef/hunter/fisherman local native David Vanderhoop. Old and tried recipes that will make you want to learn how to cook on an open fire too!
Costs $35 pp
Open to adults and interested children, children up to age 8 need to be accompanied by and adult.
