9:30-11:30am - Spin Studio


No Fee Meditation is a simple yet profound practice that can change how we experience our life, relationships, and daily experience. Our Spring program at the YMCA will focus on creating a healthy mental and physical life in the midst of the everyday realities of daily living. These monthly community gatherings, for beginners and others, will allow us to learn and practice guided meditations, explore related topics, and engage in community and dialogue. Join us as we learn and share this age-old approach to mental harmony – the key component to a larger life of health, happiness, and wholeness.
