In this workshop we will explore a variety of "nervine tonics" and stress-relieving herbs, sampling ready-made herbal remedies and creating new ones. Designed for the beginner, this class will be a tasty sensory festival and will empower you to make and use natural plants to support physical, mental and spiritual health--with a strong focus on relieving anxiety, easing stress, keeping calm, focusing the thought and mental clarity, and clearing "foggy" thinking.
