Friday, Feb. 14, Executive Chef Nathan Gould will serve up an indulgent prix

fixe dinner in Water Street, the hotel’s award-winning fine-dining restaurant,

where guests can enjoy panoramic views of Edgartown Harbor and Lighthouse. For
$48 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), diners can feast on entrees like Sous-Vide
Local Lobster and Pan Roasted Pork Tenderloin, and decadent desserts such as Chocolate
Macaroons and Truffles.
