WInd Advisory Continues for Dukes County
High winds led the Steamship Authority to cancel an early freight boat.
Steamship Authority travel is on a trip-by-trip basis today as high winds continue to buffet the Cape and Islands. The early freight boat was canceled and three Hyannis-to-Nantucket trips were also called off.
The National Weather Service has extended its wind advisory for the region until 7 p.m. Monday.
