Autumn is officially here. As we head into the first weekend of fall, the evidence of the season is all around us. The change from summer to fall is one of Islander’s favorite times of year. The crowds are gone, there’s plenty of parking, the Derby starts, there’s the Living Local Harvest Fest to look forward to, not to mention all the fun of Halloween.
Tell us what your favorite part of autumn is on the Island? Is it seeing friendly faces again? Or is it the chilly nights and the crisp blue-sky days? How about harvesting and putting up vegetables, or getting onto all the up-Island beaches?
