The Vineyard Before the Blizzard of 2013 Hits

With Governor Deval Patrick declaring a State of Emergency at noon and a travel ban for cars at 4pm, here's one last look at the island before the big snow.

Islanders are homebound for the better part of the afternoon, with a car ban, and no boats running or planes flying.

Martha's Vineyard Patch took one last look at the Island before it gets blanketed in snow.
