More Snow Coming Our Way?

The National Weather Service expresses "moderate to high confidence of light accumulating snowfall for the south coast tonight," according to a Hazardous Weather Outlook issued early Wednesday morning.

A low pressure system off the coast may bring a little more snow our way soon, according to a Hazardous Weather Outlook issued early Wednesday morning by the National Weather Service.

Covering Dukes County along with the rest of the state, northern Connecticut and all of Rhode Island, the weather outlook indicates "moderate to high confidence of light accumulating snowfall for the south coast tonight."

In a more detailed statement, the NWS explains that "the combination of marginal temperatures and the quick progression of the system should really limit any significant snowfall accumulations."

By Thursday morning, according to the NWS, "the storm will be well off the Atlantic coast and conditions will begin to clear out over the eastern U.S."
