Five Things You Need To Know: Dec. 8

Meet the Martha's Vineyard Democrats, stop by the Vineyard Artisans Holiday Festival, take the kids to the farm and much more today on Martha's Vineyard.

 

1. Arrow Head Farm will be offering pony rides all day today, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. in West Tisbury. Bundle up -- it's going to be a chilly day. Call for reservation 508-693-8831 or 508-627-2841 reservations.

2. Meet Martha's Vineyard Democrats today at the Howes House this morning at 9 a.m. All are welcome.

3. The Farm Institute will host the Wee Farmers program this morning at 9 a.m. The Wee Farmers program is designed for ages two to five with an adult present. Cost is $15. For more information please call 508-627-7007 ext. 104.

4. The MV NAACP Holiday Bazaar will take place this morning in the Martha's Vineyard High School Cafeteria from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Enjoy a variety of vendors, a silent auction, a number of raffle items and a bake sale.

5. The Agricultural Hall will host the Vineyard Artisans Holiday Festival today from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. The Ag Hall is located on State Road in West Tisbury.
