Sun salutations, teen gaming and more things to do today on Martha's Vineyard.
Today is: National Card Playing Day!
1. Yoga Haven MV will host a Sun Salutations yoga class this morning with Sherry Sidoti from 9:00 am to 10:15am. The 70-minute class will involved fluid movements in a warm room with a salutations practice. The class will wind down with some longer holds in postures, core work, cooling poses and breath-work to re-balance and harmonize the inner and outer body. Drop-in rate is $17.

2. Today there is a Volunteer Build Day in association with Habitat for Humanity of Martha's Vineyard. Meet at 50 Bailey Park Road, off Great Plains Road in West Tisbury. Call (508)696-4646 for more information; 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
