Five Things You Need To Know: Dec. 20

A used book sale, men's stocking stuffer night and Caroling today on the Vineyard.

 

Today is: National Caroling Day! Get a group together and go out caroling.

1. Head over to the Chilmark Library for this afternoon for the Used Book Sale. Used books make great stocking stuffers as well as that last minute gift for someone special! Hardcovers are half-price as well as DVDs and paperbacks, from 2:30–6:30 pm. Everything is free is from December 26 thru the 29. Call (508) 645-3360 for more information.

2. Conroy's Apothecary in West Tisbury will host Men's Stocking Stuffer Night from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm tonight. The fine people at Conroy's will demystify the art of stocking stuffing. Refreshments will be provided. 

3. Om of Motion in West Tisbury will be holding their Winter Training Program Demonstration tonight at 7:00 pm. No cost to take part. Call to reserve your bike at (508) 687-9633 or go to www.omofmotion and click "winter traning."

4. Open Pottery Studio at Featherstone Center for the Arts  in Oak Bluffs tonight from 7:00 pm -9:00 pm. Cost is $5 per hour, adults only please. Hosts are Carl Mueller and Nancy Blank. Pre-registeration is highly-recommended, call (508) 693-1850 to reserve a spot.

5. Treat yourself to tasty Prime Rib Dinner tonight at Park Corner Bistro. All the fixins for $28. Dinner served from 5:00 pm on. Call (508) 696-9922 for more information.
