PHOTO GALLERY: Holiday Gift Guide, Oak Bluffs

Oak Bluffs has plenty of gift options.

Did you know with just a stroll up and down Circuit Avenue, you could get most if not all of your holiday shopping done? It's true, Oak Bluffs offers a wide variety of shops open through the holiday season, many of them open year-round.

Here are few of our holiday gift ideas from shops in Oak Bluffs:

For your hip friend and collector of all things 'cool': Johnny Cupcake has reopened for the holiday season and has a bunch of new designs. For your beer-loving friends (21 and older, of course), how about surprising them with a growler or two from Offshore Ale? (Nothing like a few growlers under the Chirstmas tree!)

For teachers and co-workers: Stop by The Secret Garden  for that special little something.

For everyone and everything in between: Head over to Vineyard Vines and grab, hats, mittens, iphone covers, ties, bowties, jewelry, boxers, and more. Craftworks showcases a store full of Made In America goods, often made from local or semi-local artisans. How about a gift basket of high quality face and body products from Rouge Luxe or a massage at Treat Yourself?

For your island-loving off-island pals and relatives: How about the gift of a summer night on the Vineyard? I'm sure they'd love a gift certificate to a night stay at The Dockside Inn or any other local inns. If you really love them, how about throwing in a nice dinner at Park Corner Bistro or The Martha's Vineyard Chowder Company? (A great gift for anyone really.)

For the person who loves to spend money on their own money or prefers a less indulgent more sensible gift: Gift certificates are the best way to let your loved ones be in control of the spending while also supporting local businesses. Some great gift certificate ideas are Mocha Motts, Reliable Market, Jim's Package Store & Gas Station, and Sharky's.
