Holiday Yoga Challenge at Yoga Haven in Vineyard Haven

Thirty days of yoga to inspire the season, strengthen your practice, and have some fun.

For most of us, our dedication to yoga and a fitness routine is directly related to the ebb and flow of our busy lives. Some months our mat is our best friend and others we avoid the question of "when have you last practiced?" for the shear embarassment of how long it has actually been.

Enter the '30-Day Holiday Yoga Challenge' at Yoga Haven.

At the heart of any challenge is dance with will power and committment, and a fool-proof way to exempt yourself from the inevitable holiday gain.

Sherry and Robert Sidoti are challenging themselves, their students and anyone willing to take it on to 30 days of core work, restorative poses, sweaty sessions and everything in between.

If you break the cycle of inconsisency, you might just find that completing a challenge like this may inspire change in other areas of your life. At least that's the hope.
