Copper Wok Opening Pushed to June
The design of his new pan-Asian restaurant in Vineyard Haven will be a secret until it opens, probably in mid-June, says JB Blau.
The much-anticipated opening of Copper Wok in the former Zephrus restaurant at the Mansion House in Vineyard Haven will not take place in May, owner JB Blau told MV Patch Monday morning.
"Budget up 500 percent, awesomeness up a million percent, but no chance to open before mid June at the earliest," Blau said in an email response to our request for an update on his long-planned pan-Asian eatery.
The restaurant's design "will be secret till we open," Blau added.
