Maicon Nilson Patricio arrived as the New Year's storm developed into a blizzard early Jan. 3.

"Maicon Nilson Patricio weighed in at eight pounds 14 ounces and is 20.5 inches long. His proud parents are Amanda and Maicon Patricio," said Rachel Vanderhoop of Martha's Vineyard Hospital, where Maicon was born.
