The American woodcock is known for its unique mating ritual, involving spiraling display flights that make a unique sounf. On Friday, April 1, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., the will host a guided nature walk to witness the wacky air ballet.

Free Friday Movie: “North by Northwest”
The will screen "North by Northwest," an Alfred Hitchcock thriller starring Cary Grant on Friday, April 1, from 7 to 9 p.m. Popcorn and drinks will be served.

Charter School Performances at the Vineyard Playhouse
students will perform two one-act plays at the on Friday, April 1 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, April 2 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. The students will present "Ubu," based on the play "Ubu Roi," and "The Everday Adventures of Harriet Handelman-Super Genius." Tickets are available at the door.

“The Persephone Event: Puppet Show and Party”
Spindrift Marionettes will present the puppet show "The " on Saturday, April 2 at 7 p.m. The event will feature life-sized marionnettes, an African crafts sale, a silent auction, poetry, and an African Drum Workshop with Rick Bausman.
